  1. One tip for the tzatziki sauce: squeeze the excess water from the grated cucumber – it makes the sauce more creamy and less watery 🙂

  3. This looks tasty.. I am greek and i have made tzatziki a couple of times. I agree with one reviewer that you have to dry the cucumber before you mix it with the yogurt. It makes it more creamy. Also dill is something we put but it's not completely necessary. If you want any suggestions for greek food i would be happy to give them to you 🙂

  4. Here in Greece we usually use some kind of chicken sauce that contains mustard,for chicken souvlaki.
