  1. Delicious simple ingredients but great flavour. Great video but you’re brave cooking with a white shirt 😂😂 You did great though thank you for the video.

  2. Can't go wrong using any of Joe's recipes. I've cooked many of his dishes and they were all excellent. My ultimate favorite is his meatball recipe. I tossed all other meatball recipes after making that one. Keep 'em coming Joe!

  3. I have a little mason jar I use to keep olive oil infused with a little garlic and salt. Instead of butter on my toast in the morning I dip it in the olive oil mixture, and of course we use it in all of our recipes yummy. Love your videos and your families olive oil Joe.

  4. You must have started this channel yesterday to have only under 200,000 subscribers. 😊How in the HECK do you not have 1,000,000 subscribers?? I always love your videos and crack up with all your jokes and stories! Keep it up!!!

  5. Had to leave after watching you stick the garlic then the sage, up your nose. No way would I eat anything from that kitchen!

  6. How are you Italian and pronounce the country as "I" as a hard I. The country is Italy pronounced completely the opposite of a hard "I".?ih not I Italian!! Sorry but that makes me wonder where you got your Italian heritage. !!?????

  7. I am always for new ways to consume legumes and I am trying that soon buddy! Thanks a lot!

  8. Hey Joe, I have a question about your olive oil, would you classify as a light, medium, or an intense fruity olive oil?

  9. This is how my mother makes her Pasta Fagioli. Making it more like a meatless stew then a soup. My Ancestors come from Melfi, Italy. I don’t know anything about them other then my grandfather would say his mother almost gave birth to him on the boat to America… Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Brings back childhood memories

  10. I'm trying this recipe tonight but I'm going to add a few things we like. 🤞🤞

  11. These beans are ridonkidonk! I just made them for lunch…so simple, and unbelievably flavorful. The sage makes it. What a great dish!

  12. Honestly. Who cares about his accent or lack of.or his families Olive Oil plugs. He's cooking and sharing his recipes so you can make them at home. These video do cost money to make you know. I love your recipes and have made quite a few Joe. Keep doing what your doing most of us appreciate it as for the few negative comments, pay them no mind. Those types of people just watch videos so they can make some snarky remarks and not learn how to make these awesome dishes. Peace and blessings..

  13. I’m literally watching and making at the same time, we are having it as a meal, I’m also making homemade crusty garlic bread! Thanks for the recipe!

  14. I'm so excited, I have all the ingredients except sage. I know what to do. Thank you for this recipe I'm looking forward to trying. One happy Sicilian here
