I love extra fluffy pancakes!! Feel free to substitute the milk with buttermilk for a more sour pancake!!

Maple whipped butter
8oz unsalted butter room temp
2 tbsp whole milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
Pinch of Maldon salt

Pancakes
2 cups flour
1 12 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon Maldon salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk (or buttermilk)
2 eggs separated
2 tablespoons unsalted melted butter

  2. Hi, 2 cups milk, 2 cups flower. Not really accurate. Preparation to liquid after adding the egg white.
    But still okay 👍

  4. In Australia we put jam, nutella or vegemite on pancakes. Butter is gross and I've never had maple syrup.

  5. I used to whip my whites into stiff peaks, not soft peaks. That made my pancakes a bit to stiff not fluffy, but they would rise.

  9. I must have done something wrong when making these. Mine ended up tasting exactly like store bought box batter and my pancakes weren't thick and fluffy. They were just regular. I followed every step exactly and exact measurements but I must have did something wrong.
