It’s Greek Week on The Rose Table and we’re going to learn how to make one of my FAVORITE Greek dishes. 🇬🇷 I could eat dolmades every day! These cute little grape leaf packages are stuffed with ground beef, onions, garlic, aromatic herbs, and rice, and simmer in broth and lemon juice and a bit of butter until they’re bursting with goodness. It’s impossible to eat just one.
The best part? Dolmades are great warm from the stove with the pan juices spooned on top, at room temperature, AND cold straight out of the fridge. Grab a jar of grape leaves next time you’re at the store and try them for yourself!
