How To Make Greek Skordalia

5 medium size potatoes
cold water
5 peeled garlic cloves
1/4 cup boiling water
1 tbp salt
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Garnish with parsley

  2. Bruh greeks are like israelis they steal recipes from the middle east and give them a different name n say they made it

  3. It goes awesome with fresh homemade beetroot. Eaten hot or cold. It’s phenomenal. Trust me.

  4. You can make it exactly the same way but add a bit of lemon as well & crushed almonds as a lot of people make it this way also
