Watch how to make a healthy spinach salad with a tangy cider vinegar-based salad dressing. Topped with toasted almonds and dried cranberries, this salad is a terrific side dish and can easily be extended with chopped hard-boiled eggs and bacon for a satisfying main dish.

Sugar?? Really?? Thought salads were suppose to be a healthy part of a meal…no wonder this country is over half diabetic 🙁
Many salad dressings have some sugar, honey or other sweetener to cut the acid, tho this one seems to be pretty excessive.
It may not be the healthiest dressing, but this is my all time favorite recipe from the entire website. Everyone who has tasted this loved it.
My wife is Vegan, I made this for her and she really enjoyed it!
Well, yeah with all that damn sugar, who wouldn't like it? Salads are supposed to be healthy.
Hi! Just a question: on allrecipes.com, this recipe calls for two teaspoons of minced onion, but this video recipe calls for two tablespoons. Would you be able to clarify the correct measurement? I want to make this recipe next week and would like to ensure I use the correct amount. Thanks!
I have made this several times, but last time, I doubled the dressing and put some in a jar. After a few days, the top layer became like jelly and I was afraid to use it. Any advice?
Fresh spinach is one of my favorite type of salad greens to eat and I was curious to see what ingredients this recipe entailed since I actually munched on some dried cranberries less than 8 minutes before finding this recipe, I wonder if olive oil can be substituted in place of vegetable oil
I love this recipe. Thank you Tracey…
