Indulge yourself in a creamy stilton and artichoke pasta… Quick and easy to make, it’s perfect for a midweek dinner. Creamy pastas are the way to go and this meal will take you only 10 minutes to make. Who doesn’t love a 10 minute dinner?

Ingredients:
1 red onion, half moons
2 fat garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 tbsp capers
80g artichoke hearts marinated in oil, roughly chopped
1 tbsp marinated artichoke oil or olive oil
200ml double cream
100g stilton, crumbled
Salt and pepper to season
To serve, wide pasta (e.g. cut fresh lasagna lasagne sheets or pappardelle) – Cook just as you’re making the sauce as it goes quick
Parsley to garnish
Method:
🗒Fry the onion and garlic
🗒Then add the capers and artichokes
🗒On low heat add the cream, stir, then add the stilton and stir until it melts
🗒Toss the pasta in the cream sauce
🗒Serve and garnish with parsley
