As the title states, that red stuff on the mashed potatoes is hot sauce that came out a little faster than expected. I promise you it wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy though, I mixed it and the hot sauce really isn’t THAT hot. I’m a spice freak so I add hot sauce to meals that aren’t already spicy. Anyway, this meal was yummy!! As always I LOVE mashed potatoes, I think they are my favorite HF side. I also had this meal one time earlier this year so I knew what to expect.
