As part of my street-food explorations in Egypt, I came across this little gem which makes the best rice-pudding I’ve ever had. Run by the El-Daly family in Damanhour (Egypt) for over 75 years…they kindly shared their recipe with me & it’ll go into my book & be served from my food-truck once I’m up & going again…yum yum!!
