This is cool and all but more so interested in any update on Sunset Valley Veracruz location (across from Lowe’s). Haven’t seen anything since zoning approval in February 2022. No changes to the lot while two other Veracruz locations have been opened/announced.

Glad they’re still having food trucks. Kind of an odd break from their other location and Cosmic though going for an industrial park rather than a true neighborhood spot.
Any news on the brodie location? I’m thinking they went this route instead.
