I made a XL pizza in my home oven. My “steel” is only 18″ x 18″ so I had to use a screen for the first 3 min of the bake until it was stiff enough to be transferred directly onto the steel. I used sliced mozzarella as the base and placed the sauce on top of the cheese. Tossed a little fresh grated parmesan on top and baked it for 7min at 590F (steel temp) using the top broiler for 5 of the 7 min. Thanks for looking!
