
My dad has Alzheimer’s and applesauce was one of his favorites, but for whatever reason he no longer will eat it. Leaving me three jars (46oz) of unsweetened applesauce.
I see lots of recipes but didn’t find one on any sites that were confirmed as safe. My regular recipe is a hand-me down from the 1920’s, and probably is also questionable.

You can always freeze the applesauce or make apple butter then freeze it.
