    I use the following for each small batch in my homemade salsa. I smoke all the veggies for about 40 min (until the turn army green and peppers start to wrinkle). Olive oil and kosher salt on the veggies.

    1-2 serrano peppers
    1 jalapeño (sometime fire roasted other times not)
    1 fire roasted poblano, stemmed and seeded
    ½ small white onion
    1-2 cloves garlic, peeled
    10 or so sprigs fresh cilantro
    Half a fresh lime squeezed
