    Ojingeochae muchim (Taegu is what it’s called in Hawai’i)

    Seasoned codfish. Squid is often used, too.

    LOL at the empty plate. OP certainty finds it delicious and did not leave much clue for people to work with.

    But yeah, it should be Ojingeo-chae-bolleum. Basically seasoned dried shredded squid.
