Hi Reddit, my local sushi joint has this amazing spicy sauce they put on their spicy tuna roll. The flavour is crunchy, spicy with a bit of sweetness to it. I absolutely love it but can’t find any similar recipes or flavour profiles. Has anyone seen something similar. I politely tried asking for recipe but they said to come back and order from there.

If you like it a lot ask them to make you a batch of it that you can store in your fridge.
I had this place that had a good sauce and I brought like a 4oz jar and they filled it and charged me a few bucks for it. Then I suggested they should just bottle and sell it and they started doing it.
