Corfu-Style Recipe Pasta with Ground Beef
This Corfu-Style Ground Beef Pasta recipe is an easy 30 minute meal that you can make with any kind of pasta.The corfiot spicesmix (spetsieriko) leaves a very light burning note in your mouth, so that everyone can eat it, even those who do not like spicy food.The spice seasoning of pastitsada is used in the pre-eminently traditional food of Corfu. Recipe ingredients:
400gr.ground beef
300 penne pasta
2 mediun onions (grated)
1 garlic glove (pressed)
2 tablespoon tomatoes paste
1 pinch salt
2 bay leaves
60 ml.oliveoil
50 ml.red dry wine
200 ml.warm water
2 teaspoon corfiot spicesmix (spetsieriko)
