Honey Garlic Salmon Steaks | Salmon Recipe – Here’s another very easy recipe (Keto Recipe) to follow on how to prepare and make Salmon Steaks. So easy to make and huge on flavor and taste but no ones makes them at home. Here you will see that I’m using a Cast Iron Skillet to Pan Fry my Salmon Steaks which brings a whole new taste and crust to the Salmon. Please pay attention to the seasoning portion for that is what makes the Salmon and the Crust (FLAVOR).
Excellent change of pace if your on the Keto Diet, enjoy!
Ingredients
2 – 4 Salmon Steaks
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat Cast Iron Skillet to a medium high heat
Sear 4 – 5 mins on each side
