When i came home from Bible study i was so hungry i made up my own quesadilla recipe here’s what I put on it grated gouda cheese, spinach, a little sun dried tomatoes, a little cherry tomato, scrambled eggs, and a little pepper it was delicious 🤤

I make mine with 2 tortillas. One on the bottom, add all ingredients over the whole tortilla, then top with the 2nd tortilla. No flipping needed, and I cut them into quarters with a pizza cutter,
