This was SOOOO good!!! The cilantro on top made it remind me of one of my favorite restaurants, a Korean and Mexican fusion restaurant that uses a lot of cilantro. This dish wasn’t Korean though (I don’t think) but it still reminded me of that restaurant, mainly because of the cilantro and fusion. If you have the bad cilantro gene, which I thankfully do not have (I love cilantro), this meal is not for you.
