Got the ingredients from his Facebook video: 1 lb chicken cutlets (split or flattened chicken breast) 1 cup starch or flour of choice 1 tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt depending on salt of lemon pepper 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp capers 1 lemon juice and zest 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup chicken stock (optional)
Finish with cilantro and serve with rice if you please.
Lose the stock, double the butter and use white wine, reduce by half. I’d also suggest seasoning the chicken first with just S&P and just use unseasoned flour
