Spinach Dip
100 grams spinach, thick stems removed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cloves garlic, grated
salt & pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 bar cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan

Cheese Dip
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups fresh milk
1/2 cup grated queso de bola
1 cup grated cheddar

Cheese Pimiento Dip
1 (100g) pc red bell pepper, skin burnt, peeled, deseeded, and chopped
175 grams unsalted butter
175 grams cream cheese
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup queso de bola
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan (optional)

  4. 4:52 – Pandesal with Keso de Bola – that's my childhood favorite too. Especially when the pan de sal is newly baked by the corner bakery and I was ordered to buy 2 bagsfull and hurry back to my lola's house.
