  2. Moved to Hawaii 35 years ago and learned that you can eat the tail of the shrimp. It is delicious. Nobody over here would toss the tail.

I was wondering what you thinking of fermenting the tomatoes into a tomato paste before putting it the beef bones? Have you ever tried it before?

    Unfortunately my doctor wants me to lose weight ( can you believe this guy? ) and claims that I won't love to 50 if I didn't so I had to start a diet.

  6. I rarely if ever change up ingredients, wanting my dishes to resemble the chef's creations as much as possible. For this one, however, I wonder if there is a substitute for Vermouth? I simply despise the taste of Vermouth. I know the receipe doesn't call for a lot, and the written recipe says it's an optional ingredient, but I'd rather substitute than omit it. Any suggestions?

  8. My wife and I work different schedules. We only have a few days together during the week. I showed this to her four days ago. I took off early today and told her I had dinner. A quick trip to Publix and viola….dinner was perfect. This was the appetizer and main course. She loved it. Thank you Chef.

  9. What can u use instead of Vermouth? Love shrimp! Makes a great appetizer, or mixed with fettuccine!

  10. When the garlic what…? What Chef Jean-Pierre usually says is " When you put the garlic in you've got to be ready to put something liquid in too so the garlic doesn't burn." I guess the wonderful shrimp distracted him and made him lose his train of thought this time. 😀
