This watermelon feta salad recipe includes lemon, sugar, strawberry, blueberry, and fresh mint leaves that turn this surprising combination into a delicious salad. It’s also incredibly hydrating, making it perfect for hot summer weather.

This dish is inspired by one of the salads I had in Santorini, Greece.
You can replace blueberry with any other berry or grapes and feta cheese with paneer. Feta cheese is made from sheep or goat milk, which is a crumbled cheese. In this dish, paneer can be used as a substitute of feta cheese, as both are dairy products and hold nutritious value.

Ingredients:
Watermelon – 2 bowl
Blue berry – 1 bowl
Strawberry – 1 bowl
Lemon Juice – 4 tsp
Powdered Sugar – 3 tsp
Chopped Mint leaves
Feta Cheese- 100 gms
