    3 habaneros charred

    4 serranos charred

    3 jalapenos charred

    3 tomatoes-charred

    1/2 onion-charred

    3 cloves of garlic-charred

    Salt

    Sugar

    Pepper

    No cilantro

    Mixed, then high heat in a pot to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

    Used half for the week and froze the other half.
