1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda(Bicarb)
1/2 tblsp apricot jam
1 cup flour
Sauce:
60g butter
60ml sugar
125ml cream
60 ml orange juice/water/brandy
*makes 6 individual servings
