What a shit is that Gordon! First off, Where is the celery? Bolognese sauce needs celery. Then, Why garlick? This sauce does not have garkick. Third, Why do you add wine after putting tomate? Alcohol gives flavour mealt. If you add it then the sauce looses smell and flavour. For last, how many Michelin stars do you have? Are you rookie?

wtf?! first, it is bolognese, second, where is the celary in the sofrito?! third: why would you want to ruin a perfectly fine italian classic with freakin worchester sauce?! forth: there is nothing like a 1/2 hour bolognese, it has to cook for at least 2 hours, open end to get an authentic taste.
You CAN put in garlic, but it is not authentic, so are herbs like Oregano, rosemary etc. not at all original ingredients and if you put them in, small amounts and certainly not in the roasting process, but after the tomatoes. otherwise they are way too dominant and even add bitterness.
you CAN make a quick sauce, if you must (but you are missing out, believe me) BUT ffs, leave that disgusting worchester sauce out of your ragu' alla bolognese!!!!
Spagghetti aren't the right pasta as well, but if you insist, just put a bit of cream into the sauce about 10 minutes before you finish it. so the ragu' sticks better on the pasta.

Seriously though, this doesn't seem right at all. I've probably made bolognese more than a 100 times, but never like this, or as quick. 10 minutes? are you speedrunning bolognese to get the most efficient time, but least efficient flavour? It needs 30 minutes AT LEAST! and where is the celery? tsk tsk. Worcestershire? are you high? lmao.
