I found this recipe because I wanted to make a lemon syrup because I have a ton of lemons but don’t know how to decern if a recipe is legit if it doesn’t come from a state extension website or ball. It seems right because that’s how you would can any other fruit in syrup please advise. Any tips for the future would be greatly appreciated.

I did find my answer in an old post but would still like advice to figure out if a recipe in general is legit when it’s not coming specifically from an accredited site.
It’s hard to compare a recipe if there’s nothing similar. That being said, have you considered this?
