  1. On her website ingredients say 1/3 cup soy sauce & 1/3 cup water… But instructions say 1/4 cup. Which is correct?

  5. With the skin sear it with the said glaze until it is flaky about 2-3 mins like you would a beef stake, while the skin side is up and resting prep the rest to cook, after about 1-2 mins peal the skin off then on with the rest of the cooking. give it a try you will be surprised.

  9. I love making teriyaki salmon! My sauce recipe is similar to yours, except I use molasses instead of brown sugar and I also add in the juice from a can of crushed pineapple. It's certainly not an authentic teriyaki sauce, but it sure is tasty!
