    first fry the onion
    when the onion is glassy ,then we can add some extra olive oil to the passata and add a bit sugar
    i think if you add a “bitto vino”, it can make more tastyer 🙂
    ass some chili, o oregano ,salt and pepper
    grate parmesan to the sauce
    at the end if you want to make it more creamy, add a BIT milk to the sauce and wait 10 minutes
    enjoy it!!!

    Looks good. Next time tho I reckon add the wine to the frying mix not to the actual sauce. Doing so will give you a wine glaze plus it will be less bitter since u cook the alcohol out. Enjoy
