  3. You tend to over-explain things. such as "put the diced onions in a bowl". Respect the intelligence of your viewer. Also, we don't need to see you dice an onion, better to use the magic of video editing. IMHO.

  4. Just made this and it's delicious! Love the lemon zest flavor! I also really appreciate your voice overs and the way you currently do videos as I watch the videos while cooking. I watch, pause, then hit play and rewind if I have to. The way you do your videos is my favorite as it makes it so easy and enjoyable to cook along with you.   14. I made this and its ridiculous how delicious it is!!! LOVE IT! I only made one small adjustment since I'm not the biggest fan of potent cumin taste, i lessened it to 1/2 tsp cumin and added 1/4 tsp sweet paprika.

  20. Another great recipe! I just stumbled across your channel today. I just watched maybe 6 videos all with great recipes. I had to laugh a little as this was the first one where you actually had the blade of your chefs knife facing "away" from you when you crushed your garlic cloves:) lol And…I do like the way you produce your videos adding the narration afterward. I think it gives the entire production good flow:) But at the end of the day either way would be fine, I believe your follows will still follow:)
