There’s a chocolate shop near me that will occasionally run Red Pepper/Habanero dark chocolate truffles and the flavor combination is unexpectedly delicious.

I wish I could enjoy stuff like that, ate one time the wrong or expired ones and haven’t recovered from it after all these years, lol.

You maybe surprised that some of the og hot chocolate recipes from the Mayan people include bitter chocolate and chili peppers.
