
Recipe:
 3 carrots
 3 parsnips
 1 large red onion
 2 large potatoes
 Veg stock oxo
 Salted butter
 Double cream to taste .
 Method:
 Chop all your veg and boil until soft with veg stock, pepper, salt, pinch of garlic powder (optional)
 Then blend together with a large spoonful of salted butter.. serve with a spoon of double cream 🫶
