  1. Wow! I had never heard of this dish until I watched your vid!! Thanks!!! Sorry for commenting so much on everything… But I can't help it!!! He he he:)

  2. hey sorry but will this work if i add skimmed milk and use instead of all that sugar like 60% of the sugar and 40% of stevia in the raw sweetener

  3. If you use cinamon powder just use a pinch. Gelatin will make the dessert set like jelly, but that's not what the consistency of the dessert should be like at all.

  4. Is creme caramel and creme catalina the same as latin Flan and do u have a recipe for it thanks love u titli!!!!

  5. Titli, im a fan, im from palestine studying abroad, and your recipes are helping me alot cause im missing my mother's cooking 🙂 I perfected your maqloubah, butter chicken, ..and this one soon ….thanks again for such amazing videos! love the humour too lol

  6. Keeps the egg yolks from cooking too fast an unevenly as the hot milk is added. Tempers them and raises their temperature to allow even heating. As Titli says, the egg mixture might get very lumpy otherwise!

  7. question. is it possible to get away with flavoring the milk with say a bit of juice and powdered cinnamon?

  8. I thought crème brulée and crema catalana were the same… And I'm spanish xD good recipe anyway

  9. It looks amazing, it must taste amazing too!! I love this dessert, specially for the cinnamon which flavours the custard… I never used orange zest to infuse the milk, but I'm sure it will add an extra something to the final crema. I'm Catalan and I'm really happy that you made this recipe! Love your videos 😀

  10. I am doing a spanish project on foods from spain! I think I'll do this one! Plus, your video is the only one I could find in english, so thank you! Oh, and does Crema Catalana originate from Spain???
