    China and Taiwan do a lot of this, it’s usually pretty good, but unfortunately they sometimes sprinkle sweet powders on the fried foods and fries, I just ask them to leave it all off. Even better are the ones they make with cheese in the middle and the best one I’ve had was a kind of cordon bleu, had some ham inside to go with the cheese.
