Making a Feta Saganaki which is feta coated in plain (all purpose) flour and pan fried in olive oil.
Quick and easy entree prepared in under 10 mins.

This is a great appertiser traditionally served in Greek Tavernas. Very tasty and a crowd pleaser.

  5. This looks delish…fried cheese, yum. It is not like Saganaki I have ever enjoyed at a Greet restaurant though. No flaming, OPA!? The cheese is normally Kasseri, which is quite expensive. I would try the Feta, but won't skip the flaming brandy.
