In this video, I’ll show you how to make the BEST SOUP RECIPE for FALL! Avgolemono Soup, also known as Greek Lemon Chicken Soup is a famous Greek Soup and is the PERFECT soup for Fall or Winter weather!
INGREDIENTS USED IN THIS SOUP:
– 1 pack of boneless skinless chicken breast
– 8 cups of chicken broth
– 2 lemons
– 8 whole garlic cloves
– 1 sweet onion
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (substitute for egg)
– 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 1/2 tablespoon of salt
– 1/3 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
– fresh chives
– mojo rub citrus blend
– paprika
– ground turmeric
– garlic powder
– minced onion
