💚 Ingredients:
1 cup fine bulgur
1 tbsp red pepper paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 lemon, chopped (seeds removed)
1-2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili
2 stalks spring onion, chopped
1 handful parsley, chopped
1 handful mint, chopped
olive oil
salt to taste
warm water as needed (around 3/4 cup)

💚 Method:
🍅 Add fine bulgur to a flat bowl, together with lemon, pepper- & tomato paste. Add little by little warm water. Knead the bulgur very well until it becomes soft. Remove the lemon slices.

🌿Add your spices and the pomegranate molasses. Incorporate well. Then add olive oil and fresh herbs.

🥬 Enjoy on lettuce leaves with tomatoes and more pomegranate molasses if desired.
