  1. "It's a good day when this (wine) is a required ingredient. I think this should inspire a new "series" of "Good Day Recipies", all of which include alcohol!

  2. For the sauce,, oil and butter, I add thin lemon slices, about six and cook them about 5 minutes, then add small capers, cook another 5 minutes, finally the parsley, and cook a final 5 minutes. The cutlets warm in a 200 F. oven. I take them and put on a platter, then dump the sauce over them, slices and all. Lemon wedges along the side. So good and lemony.

  3. I am going to STOCKPILE stuff because the politics they are saying going or intending to be a 2 class system ? So prepare right?

  4. Totally like this dish & video BUT….. don't say it's easy if pounding, flour dredge, etc is part of it

  5. You rock nicole. Nice kitchen too. Some of the wine actually goes into the food. Yes, we caught that. Nice one

  6. Thanks for this. I have been craving it for a long time after tasting it in one resto. I tried doing it at home – white wine, 😅 we don't have it in Saudi Arabia. I replaced it with apple cider. Added artichokes on it and it was the best. You make my lack of skills in cooking like those of the Chef. 😊😊. Ill be trying your other recipe soon.

  7. Definitely going to try this for sure I’m not a big pasta eater but I do I feel like this is one of those kind of pasta must try
