Blackberry jelly following the [Sure Jell recipe ](https://www.myfoodandfamily.com/recipe/052038/surejell-blackberry-jelly)

Sweat Pickle Relish from [Healthy Canning ](https://www.healthycanning.com/sweet-pickle-relish), subbed dill seed for the celery seed.

The tomato sauce i followed the [ball Italian style sauce recipe.](https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=italian-style-tomato-sauce), except i left out the carrots and celery and altered the seasoning. 1/3rd of the batch just got salt and pepper for seasoning. the other 2/3rds i added dried taco seasoning and garlic and onion powder to make a taco sauce type, additionally added some red food coloring for appearance and to differentiate from the base tomatoes.

Blackberry jelly sounds great! I’ve only ever had blackberry preserves or jam.
