Ingredients :
– 250g bread flour or high gluten flour
– 43g whole wheat flour
– 7g rye flour
– 6g salt
– 7g sugar
– 1/4 tsp malt powder
– a little bit of honey
– 210g water (i used contrex, so hard water is ok too)
– 1.8g dry yeast (i use red saf)
