75 g semolina
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
Water as needed

FILLING
400 g treacle
150 g sugar
Grated rind of an orange
Grated rind of a lemon
1 tablespoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon anisette liqueur
Gradually add semolina until filling thickens
4 whole cloves
