


How to make a sikhye
1.Cook godubap using less water.
2. Make malt water. Let the starch settle and use only the top water.
3.Put it in a rice cooker godubap with the malt water and keep it warm.
4.When the rice grains float, boil them in a pot and add sugar.
5.Adding ginger gives it a cleaner taste.
6.Cool and store in the refrigerator.
