The Perrona is probably my favorite hot sauce full stop. $1.45 at Winco. The Salsa Huichol took some getting used to but is really good on frozen burritos. I think it was less than a dollar and I had to use a mail to puncture the spout.

Haven’t been able to find Salsa Huichol for years but it was my favourite for a long time.

I mean not the cheapest possible but I love a bunch of the cheaper hot sauce brands.
Cholula, Tapatio, Franks, Texas Pete, Valentina, and most of the fairly well known brands.
Tried the other Perrona from my last trip to winco. I think it’s the roasted one. Love love it .

Valentina, preferably the black. It’s an excellent inexpensive, all-purpose hot sauce of (IMO) above-average quality. If the black isn’t available I’m happy to settle for the yellow.
Still haven’t found anything better, overall, than the original Encona sauce.

Cool Runnings hot sauce, specifically their habanero. El Yucateco and Tabasco make some really good cheap sauces too.
I can‘t tolerate much spice, so Frank’s RedHot and the Wings variety.
I had the La Habanero and liked it quite a bit.

Yeah, it’s $26 a bottle but it ends up being cheap in the long run, doesn’t take much.

La Perrona is amazing! Totally gambled $2 and turned out tastier than most $10-20 bottles
Mexico Lindo Habanero Roja is pretty damn good for $1.25 a bottle
Salsa Huichol is so good, it’s my go-to.

Huichol is unmatched on pollo street tacos
I discovered Perrona at the local mini mart and buy them three at a time
