Having already made several of Alberto‘s recipes, I am firmly of the belief that you cannot go wrong with any of the recipes that you make on this channel. But this goes doubly so for the cod recipes. It is astonishing what a rich broth this makes in such a short time, and how delicious it is served over rice. Another great recipe!
