In this episode of “Cookin’ with Tee”, Im teaching you how to make Ahi Tuna Nicoise from scratch. This salad is all about technique. Its classic and easily one of my favorite salad recipes.
Ahi Tuna Nicoise
Anchovy Vinaigrette
6 filets anchovy + anchovy oil
1/2 small shallot
2 cloves garlic
2 T chopped parsley
3 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 c EVOO
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tuna Steaks, salted lightly
5 Eggs, Boiled
2 c Baby Potatoes, Boiled
1/2 # Green Beans, Blanched
6 oz Salad Greens of choice, washed & shocked
1 c Cherry Heirloom Tomatoes, halved
1/4 c Nicoise Olives or Kalamata Olives
2 T Capers
