I’ve never had broth look this dark and cloudy. What causes this? It taste fine just looks different than previous attempts. Made with chicken feet, necks, and veggie scraps.

Chicken feet have a lot of natural gelatin and cartilage which can result in a darker, cloudy appearance.

Yep. That is the color you get with feet.
And it tastes amazing when you use feet lol.
