This is traditional east coast food. Gajami(flat fish) salted and half dried, mixed with millet rice and other spices. Raddish is essential as well as red pepper powder.
Fermented in room temperature for a couple of days.
Similar form of fermented fish dish is found in NorthWest coast of Japan and parts of Chinese coastal area.
