How To Make Turkish Chicken Kebab (Tavuk Şiş)

4 chicken breast fillets (thigh may be used)
1 coarsely diced onion
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup plain yoghurt (unsweetened)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp aleppo chilli, 1 tsp ground chilli can be substitued

  1. I did a little research and found a suggested 4 parts sweet (Hungarian) paprika to one part cayenne pepper as a substitute for Aleppo pepper. Looking forward to trying this.

  6. OMG THIS LOOKS BUSSIN IM DONE GOING TO THESEW RESTURANTS THAT TAKE HOURS TO MAKE THE FOOD WHEN I CAN JUST MAKE IT AT HOME, THEY ALSO CAHRGE SO MUCH, this is the reason why i am goinf to start to make this at home
