* 150 g pasta * 200 g brussel sprouts * 3-4 garlic cloves * pinch of chili flakes * salt and pepper to taste * handfull of pine nuts * couple of handfulls of parmesan cheese * olive oil
Method
1. Cut the brussel sprouts in half lengtwise. 2. Ad 2-3 tbs olive oil ta a pan and cook the brussel sprouts cut side down on medium heat until golden brown. 3. boil the pasta 2 minutes less than package instructions 4. ad garlic, chili flakes, salt, pepper and pine nuts to the brussel sprouts and cook a coulpe of minutes stirring occacionaly 5. ad the pasta to the pan together with a couple of splashes of pasta water. Stir over medium heat for a minute or two. Adjust with pasta water if it gets to dry. 6. Take the pan of the heat and ad the parmesan. Mix to combine and taste for seasoning.
