

Just sharing that I grilled Picanha for the first time and it was phenomenal. Incredibly tender and juicy. Looking forward to trying Waygu next time and perfecting my butchering skills. Cuts could use some work. I’m a big ribeye fan, but safe to say that I’ll have a hard time going back.
Coworker shared directions:
Covered fat side with coarse sea salt. Seared on grill on top of foil (fat side dow ) for 15 minutes to allow fat to cook. Cut into individual steaks. Reduced grill to 350 and finished for about 7 minutes each side.
